• Cancellation of tickets is only allowed 72 days before the departure of the ship with a full refund of the fare.
• For cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, the fare is not refunded.

OPTIONAL RESERVATIONS

• Reservations with option are allowed up to 72 hours before the departure of the ship, less than 72 hours an immediate issue is required.

CONVERT TO OPEN

• Conversion of tickets to open is allowed up to 72 hours before departure.

OPENING DATE TICKETS

Open date tickets are not accepted for boarding unless the departure date is confirmed and a boarding pass is issued.
Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue and can only be changed once.
In case the passenger wishes to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare he has paid, then he must pay the difference between the current fare he has paid.

TICKETS - NAME STATUS OF PASSENGERS 

The ticket is individual and nominal, non-transferable and valid for the seat, route and date for which it was issued.

• According to the P.D. 102/2019 (A' 182) the provisions of the Presidential Decree are amended. 23/1999 "Registration of persons traveling on passenger ships operating routes to or from Greek ports in accordance with Directive 98/41/EK/1998".
• In order to be able to register the passengers, the tickets are issued BY NAME and specifically must be written:

- THE NAME OF THE PASSENGER (in full)

- THE GENDER: MALE/WOMEN

- CITIZENSHIP (e.g. GR)

- DATE OF BIRTH (Day/Month/Year)

- TYPE OF VEHICLE AND REGISTRATION NUMBER

FARES / DISCOUNTS 

• Children up to 5 years old (infants) travel for free.
• Children 5-10 years old have a 50% discount on the fare.
• Children with many children and children with three children have a 50% discount on the fare.
• NAT pensioners have a 50% discount on the fare.
• Only students of Greek public universities are entitled to a 50% student discount on the fare.
• People with Special Needs (PWD) and their Companion (with a disability rate of 80% or more and certified by a document from the competent body that they need a companion) have a 50% discount on the fare.

Discounts are non-offsetting and only the largest percentage discount is given at a time. Passengers who are entitled to a discount are requested to declare this at the time of booking and bring all the necessary proof both when issuing the ticket and when boarding the ship.
