I hope that this does not create a problem for us when we try to use the tickets. It would be helpful to be able to read these tickets. I also don’t see the time printed on them...

Dear customer, unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. The utility of buying a voucher on line is to make sure the availability of the choosen departure time and do not have a risk to not find a place for that departure once at port. Nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten, welche aber bei meiner mangelnder Internet Kenntnis zu begründen sind, hat schlussendlich alles hervorragend geklappt.

Buchung war absolut in Ordnung.Voucher wurde 1 Tag nach der Buchung per E-mail geschickt . War auf Italienisch ( Bari- Doubrovnik) ,hätte ich gern auch auf Deutsch gehabt um in zu kontrollieren. Ob sonst alles in Ordnung ist ,kann ich erst beim einchecken sagen!

Leider ist es nicht möglich, ein weitere Fahrzeug (in diesem Fall ein zweites Motorrad) zu einer Buchung zuzufügen. Man kann zwar zwei Personen buchen aber nicht dazu zwei Motorräder. Die +49 (089...) Nummer ist nicht besetzt bzw. es geht nach der automatischen Bandansage kein Mensch an das Telefon. Leider nur zwei Sterne, weil ich nicht rausbekomme, wie ich das zweite Motorrad buchen kann.

Hello, below is some remarks 1.TRB1800048 document is not in english 2,Not exactly address of ticket office and ferry port marked on map (maybe it's easy to find, I'II see after arriving) 3,Not clear how to take tickets, shall I wait in the line with over buyers or not. In which time before ferry departure I need to be in office to take tickets.

Dear customer, we thank you for your review and we inform you that unfortunately some ferry companies purchase the voucher only in italian Language, it will be our responsability to report it to the ferry company. The port's address is indicated on the booking summary received via email once requested the reservation.
