Lediglich die für eine Buchung eigentlichen unwichtigen Detail (Fahrzeughersteller und Fahrzeugmodell) können zu Problemen führen, wenn man nicht Besitzer des Fahrzeugs ist, sondern lediglich Mieter. Denn, wie in meinem Fall, habe ich ein Fahrzeug einer bestimmten Klasse gemietet und werde ers am Tag der Entgegenname wissen, welches das sein wird.

Very good but please make it VERY CLEAR on the website that the PDF ticket that is sent by email must be exchanged for the actual Boarding Passes at the ticket booth in Beverello.

You said I could buy tickets. The email asked me to tell you what I thought of you selling me tickets. BUT YOU DID NOT SELL ME TICKETS! You sold me a stupid voucher, which I have to take to a ticket office. I want my money back.
