Estaba reservando por la web cuando vi que tenía que poner la matricula del automóvil que voy a llevar en el ferry. Al ser de alquiler y desconocerla decidí llamar. No solo me resolvieron la duda sino que me tramitaron mi reserva por teléfono de manera muy amable y resolutiva. Grandes profesionales. Lo recomiendo.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Ihre Seite ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und unkompliziert in der Abwicklung. Dass man die Tickets gleich ausdrucken kann finde ich sehr sehr gut.

Buen servicio de reserva en internet. Un consejo: deberían dejar en claro en la parte en donde solicitan tipo de coche, marca, medidas etc, que si es un auto alquilado se debería colocar la palabra RENT o NOLEGGIATO ya que en la pagina eso no figura y yo tuve que preguntarlo por mail para poder reservar. No obstante, cuando consulté por mail, la respuesta fue inmediata y satisfactoria. Salutti!!

Die Buchung rief reibungslos ab. Da ich einen Fehler bei meiner Angabe der Kreditkartennumer hatte, wurde ich am gleichen Tag von einer deutschsprachigen Mitarbeitern angerufen. Nach mündlicher Bestätigung wurde die Zahlung nochmals ausgeführt. Toll! So muss Kundenservice laufen! Vielen Dank.

Bien mais ce ne sont pas billet mais des vouhers ce qui donc ne fait pas gagner du temps il faut quand même passer par la billetterie

Cher Client,malheureusement, certaines compagnies maritimes ne fournissent pas un e-ticket valable pour l'embarquement, mais seulement un voucher à convertir à la billetterie du port avant le départ. Acheter les vouchers en ligne signifie s'assurer une place sur le ferry, en évitant le risque de ne pas trouver de la disponibilité, en particulier pendant la haute saison.
