Es fing gut, hatte zwischendurch einen Hänger ( Ticketdurcheinander, Mailverkehr ), am Ende aber alles gut. Empfehle Traghettilines aber trotzdem.

Avis favorable, il serait malgré tout judicieux de communiquer certaines informations telles que l'heure a laquelle il faut se présenter a l'embarquement et également etre plus claire sur les documents (billets) et savoir si ceux recus par internet servent véritablement de billets d'embarquement. Sehr gut Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wenn man eine Fähre wählt, ev. ein Bild dieser Fähre ersichtlich machen. Wenn man eine Kabine bucht, ev auch ein Beispielbild von Kabine ersichtlich machen.

Hallo, die Buchung über die Website war einfach und übersichtlich. Nur das fehlende https Zertifikat erschwert alles. Antwort E-Mail kam schnell mit den Tickets. Nur weis man nicht wie viele Tickets man braucht, pro Person eins oder ein Ticket für beide Personen. MfG G.J.

Such a great service. First I booked my reservation online then they sent me a confirmation e-mail immediately. Now, once the payment is processed, they will send you an electronic version of your tickets. Simple as 1, 2, and 3.
