Web site is excellent, easy to navigate clear and precise. My only issue is that ticket's issued via e-mail should allow direct boarding of the vessel. Booking on line was to avoid crowds, but visiting the ticket office for boarding passes will involve lining up with the crowd

I was looking to book to go to Positano I found the website clear and was well informed with times of ferries to and from Positano when they left and when they pick you up the prices where well informed and the times between 40 mins 1hr and a half etc. All steps where clear and Informative I like the option of insurance agianst cancellation and a refund if this occurs

My only issue is that booking from a non-Italian credit card proved difficult. I'm still not sure if I booked two times for the same day. Other than that, perhaps an explanation of "extra luggage" would be helpful. My partner and I are traveling with two, small carry-ons -- would they have been permitted without a fee? Otherwise, I'm satisfied. Grazi!

I found the web site easy to navigate. Liked the simplicity of the schedule. Lots of information available. Would just have preferred to have pricing shown in Cdn dollars. Would save the trouble of having to convert. Just overall pleased that this service is available as travelling in Italy can be difficult at times. Would use again if ever back in the area.

Good service. I'm glad there's a way to book online instead of risking it the day-of. The email had some errors in English. Also, it would be helpful if the ticket had a map showing where the ticket office is at the port.
