Je suis satisfaite du service extrêmement rapide de l’envoi des billets de transport par email et par WhatsApp. Cependant je suis inquiète, car en confirmant l’achat du titre de transport le montant s’est automatiquement débité 2x sur ma carte. J’espère que la compagnie va rectifier cela.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Dienstleistung . 😀 Was ich nicht gut finde, dass ich auf meiner Rückreise mit Caremar 1 Std. bevor ich abreise am Schalter sein muss um mein Ticket abzuholen. Das ist für mich zeitlich fast unmöglich und sehr umständlich. Bei Alilauro kann ich direkt mit meiner Ausgedruckten Karte einchecken.

Usé Mr ferry para comprar billetes de Huelva a Tenerife, viajando solo. La plataforma es bastante completa, pero tuve que contactar con atención al cliente para cambiar la fecha. Me respondieron, pero tardaron un poco. El viaje en sí fue genial, cómodo y puntual. Una experiencia buena pero mejorable

escapada romántica a Menorca... y reservamos el ferry de Barcelona a Ciutadella a través de M.ferry. Todo fue perfecto: fácil de reservar, buen precio y billetes enviados de inmediato. El ferry era cómodo y nos permitió empezar las vacaciones con buen pie.

Fuimos de vacaciones familiares a Lanzarote desde Cádiz y usamos misterferry para reservar el trayecto en barco. Viajamos con coche y dos niños pequeños. El proceso de reserva fue muy claro y pudimos añadir fácilmente todos los datos. Solo me habría gustado recibir un recordatorio el día antes del viaje. Aun así, ¡todo genial
