Das Portal ist sehr gut aufgebaut und hätte 5 Sterne, wenn mich nicht ein Punkt gestört hätte. Ich musste immer wieder die Route neu eingeben und das Datum, weil eventuell an diesem Tag nicht die Verbindung gelistet war oder eben bereits ausgebucht oder kein Sitz reserviert werden konnte. Das hat dann doch etwas genervt. Daher Abzug für Systemhandling bei Route und Datum.

El problema que siempre tenemos es que en las tarjetas de embarque no aparece el segundo apellido y por eso no se puede verificar ser residentes aunque lo rellenemos correctamente
Estimado Cliente, queremos aclararle que los datos de su reserva se registraron correctamente. La razón por la que no ve los dos apellidos, de los dos pasajeros juntos es que la naviera emite un billete por cada pasajero, y en cada tarjeta de embarque aparece únicamente el nombre correspondiente. Esto no afecta a la validez del billete ni a la aplicación de la tarifa de residente. El equipo de MrFerry

Büro war zu, somit konnte ich nicht einchecken und den Fahrt um 12 Uhr verpassen. Ich musste mit meiner Frau bis 12 Uhr nachts Abwarten und nochmal bezahlen. Es stimmt nicht dass die Fähre nach Plan fährt sondern mit 3.5 Stunden Verspätung . Das ist ja eine Katastrophe . Ich möchte mein Geld zurück !!!
