Very good very quick service. Only complaint is that the ticket and terms and conditions are not in English so I cannot understand them

Very easy and clear. By following each step carefully the booking of the ferry was easy and without a hitch. The emails came in very quickly with each step i.e. reservation and then when I completed payment. I could print off the tickets straight away from the email attachment. Thank you Merran Wyatt

You offered tickets, I have got vochers, not tickets. thats a totally different story. very expensive administrative costs, only vochers not tickets, thus you have to go to the ticket office, very poor and time consuming process

The website was quite easy; however one thing I would say is that I am not well versed in Italian and the outward ferry confirmation was Italian .. which is understandable but I would have a selection for language;the website is very efficient and easy to navigate. I would recommend it to other travel agents. Jean

Web site is excellent, easy to navigate clear and precise. My only issue is that ticket's issued via e-mail should allow direct boarding of the vessel. Booking on line was to avoid crowds, but visiting the ticket office for boarding passes will involve lining up with the crowd

The online booking service did not work properly when I tried to book. I then had to enter my card details later and then, even later, I had to give our names for the tickets. However, it seems you were aware of the problems and these could be easily resolved by e-mail.
