Dear Customer, for the Company that you have booked, you do not need to print the vouchers. Simply show the Company vouchers during the mandatory check-in at the ticket office at the port.

Si vous avez besoin de porter autres bagages, on peut faire directement le ticket au guichet du port quand on convertira le coupon en ticket, on devra se présenter avant 45 minutes. Dear customer, unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. There should be information about baggage. Is baggage allowed? If yes, how much? There is only an option to select extra baggage as an accessory. What does 'extra' mean?
Dear customer, we kindly inform that on the ticket's price is included one luggage. Any luggage bigger then the standard measures or any other luggage would be considered as an "extra luggage". In the case that you should add an extra luggage once the ticket has been issued, you can buy the extra luggage at the port. Réservation liaison Catane - Milazzo : on a l'impression que les 2 sites sont en lien, mais pas du tout. D'où erreur sur les réservation ferry e- pas assez de temps et quand on change d'horaire, on paye des frais ...

You tricked me into booking. I looked at your website and searched. I never entered into a contract. I bought the ticket through SNAF You send me a tricky email that made me think my ticket still needed to be paid for so I clicked and double paid. Your refund was only for 70% you are scam artists!!!

Lediglich die für eine Buchung eigentlichen unwichtigen Detail (Fahrzeughersteller und Fahrzeugmodell) können zu Problemen führen, wenn man nicht Besitzer des Fahrzeugs ist, sondern lediglich Mieter. Very good but please make it VERY CLEAR on the website that the PDF ticket that is sent by email must be exchanged for the actual Boarding Passes at the ticket booth in Beverello.
