Die Fährbuchung war problemlos. Das Umtauschen in Tickets hat auch reibungslos geklappt - keine Wartezeiten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Auch beide Fähren waren pünktlich. So macht es Spaß.

Facilité, rapidité ,droit de réservation sur internet un peu élevé.

Votre service est totalement insatisfaisant. Je n'ai reçu que la moitié des billets :celui de retour mais pas ceux de l'aller. Vous donnez une adresse email qui ne fonctionne pas !

Billets en italien (et donc difficile de vérifier par soi-même s'il y a des erreurs). Nationalité des passagers incorrecte car italienne par défaut(?!). Par contre service clientèle (reservations@ok-ferry.fr) très réactif et courtois, merci à eux pour les réponses aux questions découlant de ce manque de précisions préalables.

malheureusement la compagnie maritime peut émettre des billets seulement en italien, mais il s’agit d’un bon que vous devez changer au port avec les billets originaux avant l'embarquement, donc la nationalité déclarée sur le voucher est insignifiante.

I needed ferry tickets from Naples to Sorrento and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was booking with Ok-ferry. I was a little concerned when I received an email asking for payment when I had given my credit card details on the booking page, but I followed their instructions and received the tickets within a few minutes of paying, by return email. I would use this company again.

Site internet très lisible et facile d'utilisation. Les billets m'ont été transmis par mail dans l'heure...

When I was preparing the booking of the tickets all steps were pretty simple. Only problem that I had is the payment. I did the transaction but there was no booking. I got the mail from the support team which was OK but when I redo the payment through secure web link was blocked. On the end it show that payment was not successful which was wrong. I got an e-mail with confirmation and the tickets.

Ausfüllen des Formulars ist einfach (wenn man alle Masse der Fahrzeuge hat). Leider steht erst nach Abschluss der Buchung, dass man eine ganze Stunde vor Abfahrt da sein muss. Diese Info gehört an den Anfang des Buchungsvorgangs! Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich eine spätere Fähre gewählt.

Absolutely hitch free. Couldn't print but ticket office obliged instantly. Eurail could learn a lot from SNAV.
