I booked online & received the conformation immediately. Printed the tickets for two persons and a car. Is very convenient and affordable. The ferry was great! Clean, food & drinks on board. Plus a play area for young kids & arcade games.

Reservation service was good, but the service on the ferry itself terrible. We had a feeling, we were landed in some kind 80ies years bad service when the customers needs are not important at all. The service staff on the board has been rude.

Site pas clair sur la notion de bagage supplémentaire. J'ai dû téléphoner pour savoir qu'une valise classique doit être considérée comme bagage supplémentaire même si c'est le seul bagage. J'ai sélectionné "2" pour le nombre de bagages supplémentaires, mais je n'ai pas vu que le nom du champ ("bagages supplémentaires") avait disparu si bien que mes 2 bagages n'ont pas été enregistrés finalement :(

les conditions de la compagnie de navigation permettent d'avoir un seul bagage par personne inclus dans le prix du billet. Les bagages supplémentaires doivent être spécifiés dans la réservation comme "bagage supplémentaire" en remplissant le champ approprié placé sous le champ "passagers". Dans tous les cas, le bagage supplémentaire peut être facilement ajouté au billet sur le port, avant l'embarquement.

Booking ferry tickets was fast and easy with OKFerry. However, it would have been nice for the confirmation page to note that the tickets would be emailed to me. The confirmation page indicated that we would need to visit the ticket office on the ferry dock in order to obtain tickets. Thank you.

Easy booking, great that wecan embark and get off on different harbours! Points of attention: (1) the number plate of the rental car is not always avalaible when booking the ferry. (2) last boat going back to Pozzuoli is quite early in the afternoon (15.00), departure at 16.00 - 17.00 would be more attractive.
