I was surprised that after booking the tickets i found out that there was an additional booking fee of 20+euro payment for 2tickets, a big amount that was equivalent to the payment for one ticket. This should be mentioned at the beginnning!

When I entered my Italian phone number the website would not allow me to continue. It said to fill in blank spaces but then would freeze up so I would have to start again. If I left the form the way auto fill did it, with my US phone number, it allowed me to continue. Otherwise a great website and very easy and convenient to navigate.

OK Ferry presented a very easy way to book our water ferry travel from Amalfi, Italy to Positano including a return ticket! We received prompt confirmation of our reservation and vouchers via email that will enable us to exchange them for tickets on arrival. We are looking forward to a wonderful day.

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir revenir sur la page précédente de votre site une fois une proposition faite en gardant les données (p.ex. nombre de personnes, véhicule) et pas devoir ressaisir toutes les données.

Le site est bien présenté il est facile de remplir le questionnaire, le choix des trajet et bien aussi.
