Le hemos enviado un email solicitando el que nos indique el punto donde nos hemos equivocado de modo que podamos solucionarlo lo antes posible. Very good service. Easy to follow instructions. The only thing I would add are clear maps of where the ticket offices are and where the Boats leave from and directions to get there. I am sure it is all easy but we have never been to these places before so it would have been nice to have it right on your website

Der Buchungsvorgang ist in Ordnung. Leider kann ich auf den Tickets nicht erkennen, dass ich für 4 Erwachsene 2doppelbettaußenkabinen gebucht habe Es wäre schön vor der Buchung einige Infos über das Schiff zu erhalten wie Restaurantes, Unterhaltung usw.
