Ausgezeichnete Bedienung Schnell und Einfach. Vor allem fliegt man NICHT nach 5 min aus dem Buchungsvorgang und muss neu anfangen.

Fast and efficient system

I received an e-mail with the outbound ticket within a few minutes; however, the return ticket (Capri to Naples on 11/10 at 11:20 has not arrived. Fortunately, I have the receipt so maybe I will be able to convince someone in Naples to issue the missing ticket.

Übersichtliche Website, einfache Online-Buchung, reibungsloser Zahlungsvorgang. Top, ausser, dass es nicht klar ist, ob die gebuchten Fahrkarten via Post oder via Mail zugesendet werden. Via Post wird es zeitlich wohl etwas eng, da ich und mein Sohn diesen Samstag in Piombino in die Fähre steigen werden.

Abfahrtsstation bzw. wie sieht die Fähre aus ist nicht ersichtlich

Sorry but it was more expensive (+30%) than checked from other services!? Booking was ok but some confusions came when there is ferry trips in different directions mixed together each after each. So I was not sure did reserve/book the right one?

Einfach und übersichtlich, doch leider ist der Zahlprozess mit Kreditkarte unklar. Wir haben versehentlich dieselbe Überfahrt 2x gleich hintereinder gebucht bzw. mittels Kreditkarte bezahlt und mussten für die Stornierung (obwohl sofort gemacht) 15% des Ticketpreises bezahlen. Ärgerlich
