It's great that these can be booked online. Two remarks though. Why the extra €10 booking charge? If already, it should be cheaper to buy online, since it can save employees' time. Secondly, it's a shame there is still a need to go the booth to get the actual tickets. What if there's a line? WHy not give definitive tickets one can immediately use?
