Grundsätzlich rasches unkompliziertes Service. Ein wenig befremdlich ist lediglich, dass ich die Bitte um Feedback noch vor den Fährentickets bekomme und mir in dem "Bitte um Feedback mail" geschrieben wird, dass die Tickets bereits übermittelt wurden. Sinngemäß sollte das Feedback Mail deutlich nach den Tickets eintreffen. Sonst jedenfalls empfehlenswert.

I was very impressed with this online booking service. Making a reservation for ferries in Italy from Australia can be daunting and we were a little nervous about it. But this website made it very clear and was easy to use. Our tickets arrived promptly and we are confident that we have booked seats for our family on the ferries for the dates and times we need. Pour ma réservation pas de problème. Mais c'est dommage de devoir aller chercher le ticket au port alors que je réserve online 4 jours avant la traversée !

Die Buchung ist sehr einfach, weil die Texte in deutscher Sprache gut durch den Buchungsprozess leiten. Die Abmessungen für das Auto sind schon hinterlegt, einfacher geht es nicht - so soll eine Buchung via Internernet ablaufen.

Das Buchungs- Procedere war schnell und effizient. Leider wurden uns nur Voucher und keine Tickets per Email zugestellt, sodass man zuerst an einen Schalter muss, um die Tickets abzuholen. Besser wäre es, wenn wir die Tickets bereits erhalten hätten, damit wir direkt an Bord gehen könnten.

Great service! It would be easier to have the type of ferry (fast/ slow/ ferry) when actually buying the tickets (and not only in the separate schedule). Other than that - very fast and efficient!
