I haven't actually gotten on a boat yet... but the process of bookings was very simple and straight forward. I made one error on one of my reservations and OK Ferry responded very quickly to the updated information I gave them.

There was a problem with the names on the booking. Some of the first names and surnames were mixed up on the tickets. Some were correct. We were quite certain they were all entered correctly. I will need to contact you to do the corrections.
Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that on your ticket there are the correct data inserted during the online booking. You can check it in your booking summary not valid for boarding. Die promte Bedienung war vorbildlich. Uns ist nicht eindeutig klar, ob die gesendete Unterlage das Ticket ist, oder ob es als Vorlage vor Abfahrt an der Reederei vorgelegt werden muss. Das eigentliche Ticket bekommen wir dann am Hafen ?

Bonjour, Je réserve 2 traversées en une fois pour me rendre compte à la réception des documents que je recevais un bon de réduction de 75€ avec la première réservation et ce pour la prochaine traversée!!! Donc toujours réservé une traversée à la fois Résultat perdu 75€, j'aurais choisi différemment si j'avais su!!! Très en colère pour le coup!!!!
