VERY EASY TO ORDER

website is not very clear: f.i. :it is not clear if i must present myself 2 hours in advance a the ticket-office or not ? Can i take the ferry at the time i prefer on may 22nd ?

I think the online service was great. I wish I knew more about the luggage part of the service. I'm still confused on what is considered luggage and what isn't. I booked 3, but have a small backpack and purse so I'm not sure if that's considered a bag.

Leider erhielt ich keine Fahrkarten und eine Buchungsbestätigung, da ich mich noch an einem Schalter zu melden habe, bevor ich die Fähre besteigen darf. Das Buchungsportal traghettilines ist übersichtlich, schnell und bietet eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung an. Die Tickets waren sofort in meinem e-mail-account. Die Buchungsgebühr von 20 € ist höher, als bei den Fährlinien direkt, aber berechtigt. Zu empfehlen!

Estaba reservando por la web cuando vi que tenía que poner la matricula del automóvil que voy a llevar en el ferry. Al ser de alquiler y desconocerla decidí llamar. Buen servicio de reserva en internet. Un consejo: deberían dejar en claro en la parte en donde solicitan tipo de coche, marca, medidas etc, que si es un auto alquilado se debería colocar la palabra RENT o NOLEGGIATO ya que en la pagina eso no figura y yo tuve que preguntarlo por mail para poder reservar. No obstante, cuando consulté por mail, la respuesta fue inmediata y satisfactoria. Salutti!!
