Very fast and efficient booking. Got a free wine voucher as compliment.

Easy to navigate. Only problem was my sister booked at same time. She got email, after paying saying that there was no longer any room available. We had to go on separate Ferry's. That was upsetting. She got to the island an hour before I did and had to wait for me.

Bonjour, je viens de recevoir en effet les billets pour mon voyage en corse, mais surprise il n'y a que les billets de retour ! J'espère qu'il ne va pas falloir que nous fassions l'aller à la nage, car ma compagne ne sait pas nager. Je vais donc attendre pour donner mon avis définitif que tous mes billets me soient envoyés. Booking was easy, but the schedule confusing. You listed a boat leaving Salerno at 15.00 on one page. When I went to select a boat time it was not listed so I took the 15.30 boat.

When I choose a round trip, an automatic selection of the return whould be nice when I choose the first part.

Wir haben es nicht geschafft uns bei Moby anzumelden. Wir mussten das dann über unseren Campingplatz auf Korsika erledigen. Es hat viel Zeit gekostet. Ansonsten sind wir bis jetzt zufrieden

Very bad service. While booking, something went wrong with the website on my computer, so I booked 3 times the same trip. Directly after I've seen there were 3 payments, I contacted the office. Sadly there was no possible way to cancel 2 of the3 reservations, without paying un unacceptable penalty. While it is obvious something went wrong and I don't want to book the same trip 3 times.

In case that you would have problems on the first request, next to the booking summary, on our website, you could find our telephone numbers to be assisted. Die Erfassung der Buchung war einfach. Am Schluss der Buchung erhielt ich eine Zusammenfassung mit dem Hinweis, dass die kein Ticket sei. Da der Hinweis fehlte, dass ich das Ticket per Mail erhalten würde, suchte ich eine Weg, dies auszudrucken, was nicht möglich war. Das Ticket-Mail kam dann automatisch nach 10 Minuten.
