Service worked flawlessly. Only suggestion would be to send a courtesy e-mail after booking that actual tickets will follow within a certain time frame sent directly to your e-mail.

Leider muss die Kreditkarten-Nummer auf einer ungesicherten Internet-Seite des Campingplatzes erfasst werden (Ville degli Ulivi). Dies ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht tolerierbar und aus meiner Sicht sehr ungenügend. Bitte korrigieren Sie diesen Missstand so rasch wie möglich.

Ich habe zuerst versucht, die italienische Website fuer diese Buchung zu benuetzen. War nicht besonders uebersichtlich und ich hatte Angst, falsch zu buchen. Dann gab mir meine Kusine die okferry Webseite und da ging es glatt!

I think the online service was great. I wish I knew more about the luggage part of the service. I'm still confused on what is considered luggage and what isn't. I booked 3, but have a small backpack and purse so I'm not sure if that's considered a bag.

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that in the cost of the ticket is included a hand luggage per person. Any larger piece of luggage or any additional luggage must be considered as "extra baggage".
