Die Abwicklung war ok. Ich habe auch einen Hinweis erhalten, dass bei meiner Buchung Abfahrtshafen und Ankunftshafen verschieden gewählt wurden. Ich bekam einen anderen Vorschlag, das war sehr aufmerksam. Problem hatte ich mit der Rückfahrkarte von Ischia nach Neapel, hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis ich herauslesen konnte, dass ich die Fahrkarten am Hafen direkt lösen muss!

The website was easy to use and a prompt service. However, disappointed that the price on the website and the actual price were different- had to pay 37 euros more. Also the tickets were sent even though we hadn't agreed to pay the extra money

As there was a problem confirming the booking I was emailed immediately and notified, once the issue was sorted I received a phone call from Italy to UK confirming and asking how I would like to receive the tickets, Excellent service

Die Online-Fährenbuchung funktioniert einfach, perfekt und schnell. In ca.10 Minuten sind die entsprechenden Ticketgutscheine am Schirm.

Ich habe soeben die Buchung über die Homepage unseres Hotels (Sant'Andrea) gemacht. Da wird auf einen Rabatt bei der Buchung der Fähre hingewiesen. Leider ist mir bei der Buchung kein Code untergekommen und deshalb scheint kein Rabatt auf! Ist da noch was zu machen? Ansonsten ist die Buchung problemlos verlaufen.
