Die Buchung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Tickets waren sofort nach dem Bezahlvorgang da. Hoffe die Überfahrt klappt genauso wie der Kauf der Tickets.

Hello, I spent a long time looking for my tickets on line. No where does it say you have to print out the slip You have emailed, then park in pozzuoli (which isn't easy) then take slip into ticket office, wait in line, then get your tickets printed out! Why can you not send the ticket over the internet like you can with flights!

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you both ferry companies you have traveled with do not issue a e-ticket, but only a voucher you are required to show at the port desk to collect the boarding pass before departure. These are the conditions of the ferry companies and, as a reservation center, we must follow these guidelines. Thank you, the Staff of Ok-Ferry
